Not broken, Stuck.
You are not broken or in need of fixing, you are just stuck. What you may feel is a hopeless situation is just an obstacle, something workable that can be navigated and used as a strength later down the road. Everyone’s obstacles look different but each is a step toward achieving peace. Whether we realize it or not many of our obstacles originate from trauma we have encountered. Why can’t we just navigate our obstacles on our own? Because, for many different reasons we aren’t equipped, through no fault of our own, with the tools needed to do so. When we find ourselves in that space it can feel isolating, overwhelming, and hopeless. Nothing we try works which can create a feeling of entrapment, stuck in an endless cycle of despair. Beating ourselves up about how weak, stupid, and worthless we are.
I am here to tell you that it is not hopeless. That what your brain is telling you is a lie. That you can conquer your obstacles and live a fulfilling life. I want to help you do that. By guiding me through your experiences you allow me to assist you, using an integrative approach, in getting a deeper understanding of yourself and to learn the tools needed to navigate all of life’s obstacles. If you are ready to get unstuck, call for a free 15-minute phone consultation.
